Our Programs

Project Upadhi

Our flagship program that connects LGBTQIA+ individuals to inclusive job opportunities, skill development, and mentorship. We work with progressive organizations to open doors for the community, bridging the gap between talent and opportunity.

Project Buddy Up

Mental health support is at the heart of Mobbera Foundation’s mission. Through Project Buddy Up, we provide free, confidential mental health services with in-house psychologists and psychiatrists.

Community Engagement

We conduct sensitization workshops, leadership programs, and awareness campaigns to break stigma, educate communities, and create allies.
